What is Seel Return Assurance?
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, you are eligible for a 30 day return for your money back minus the return shipping fee. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy by clicking the Seel Return Assurance link in the footer or here.
If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy, that is only exchange or store credit.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are available within 30 days of the purchase if the item is unused, unwashed, without perfume and in resalable conditions. To start an exchange e-mail email@example.com.
What if an item arrives defective or damaged?
If the item arrives defective or damaged, please send pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org of the damaged area in detail as soon as it arrives and we can arrange a replacement for the same piece. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear/use and no smell of deodorant or perfume.
You have 30 days to initiate the exchange. One free exchange within the USA per order. Standard Shipping only. A pre-paid exchange label request is available under request, please e-mail email@example.com.
We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange for items sent back with perfume smell or not in resalable conditions. The client needs to pay a new shipping fee within 30 days for the item to be resent or it will be treated as abandoned.
Where is my label?
The label is sent by e-mail. Please check your spam box too. Return labels are only available for US customers. We accept returns for International customers but we don't provide labels.
We accept international exchanges, free shipping labels are only available within the USA.
How long is the store credit valid for?
Store credit is valid for 2 years from the first order.
Do you accept returns?
If the item does not arrive defective or damaged, we have a no refund policy unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. If the item doesn't meet your expectations and you want to send back for store credit, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for a prepaid label. You have 30 days to initiate an exchange.
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy.
