How does it work?
Exchanges and store credit are available within 30 days of the purchase if the item is unused and unwashed. To start an exchange click on the button below.
What if an item arrives defective or damaged?
If the item arrives defective or damaged, and we are at fault please send pictures of the damaged area in detail as soon as it arrives and we can arrange the return for a full refund. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear/use and no smell of deodorant or perfume.
Free Exchange for Store Credit
One free exchange within the USA per order. Standard Shipping only. A pre-paid exchange label request is available through the Return Portal under HELP top right corner. If the item does not meet the unused and unwashed policy, the item will be shipped back to the customer. When we receive the item, store credit will be sent to the customer's email. The credit can be used to purchase the new items.
I can't find my order on the start a return page.
If it's over 30 days you will no longer be able to start a return or exchange process.
Where is my label?
The label is sent by e-mail. Please check your spam box too. Return labels are only available for US customers. We accept returns for International customers but we don't provide labels.
We accept international exchanges, free shipping labels are only available within the USA.
How long is the store credit valid for?
Store credit is valid for 2 years from the first order.
Do you accept returns?
We have a no refund policy unless the item arrives defective or damaged. If the item doesn't fit and you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size or return for store credits please go to our exchange portal.
