Refund and Exchange policy
We accept refunds within 30 days of the date the order was placed if the item is unused and unwashed.

Shoes, Made to Order items or Crystal Collection items are non-refundable.
If an non refundable item doesn't fit and you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size or return for store credits, please send us an email at
Defective or Damaged
If the item arrives defective or damaged, please send pictures of the damaged area in details as soon as it arrives and we can arrange the return for a full refund.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A pre-paid return label is available at the Return Portal. The return fee will be dynamically calculated automatically depending on the cost of the label. For example, if the label costs you $4.50, this amount will be deducted from the refund automatically.
If the item does not meet the unused and unwashed policy, the item will be shipped back to the customer.
