How does it work?
We accept refunds within 14 days of the date the order was placed if the item is unused and unwashed. Exchanges and store credit are available within 30 days of the purchase. To start a return click on the button below.
Shoes, Made to Order items or Crystal Collection items are non-refundable.
What if a exception non-refundable item doesn't fit?
If an non refundable item doesn't fit and you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size or return for store credits, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if an item arrives defective or damaged?
If the item arrives defective or damaged, please send pictures of the damaged area in details as soon as it arrives and we can arrange the return for a full refund.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A pre-paid return label is available at the Return Portal under HELP top right corner. The return fee will be dynamically calculated automatically depending on the cost of the label. For example, if the label costs you $4.50, this amount will be deducted from the refund automatically. If the item does not meet the unused and unwashed policy, the item will be shipped back to the customer.
I can't find my order on the start a return page.
If it's over 30 days you will no longer be able to start a return or exchange process.
Where is my return label?
The label is sent by e-mail. Please check your spam box too. Return labels are only available for US customers. We accept returns for International customers but we don't provide labels.
