If the item does not arrive defective or damaged, we have a no refund policy unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. If the item doesn't fit and you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size  please e-email contact@harmoniany.com. You have 30 days to initiate an exchange.

You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy. Depending on your country’s customs laws, you may be required to pay a tax before obtaining your package. In some areas, such as the United Kingdom, France, and Brazil, the local postal service may charge an extra handling fee for processing packages affected by customs taxes.
