If the item does not arrive defective or damaged, we have a no refund policy unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. If the item doesn't fit and you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size  please e-email contact@harmoniany.com. You have 30 days to initiate an exchange.

If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy.
