Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders?
If you added Route Package Protection at checkout, please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues. 

If you did not add Route during checkout- While HARMONIA is not liable for packages once they are in the carrier's possession, we are dedicated to your satisfaction and will assist in every way we can. First, review delivery area and checking in with anyone who could have received the shipment. If you cannot locate your package after 72 hours from the 'delivered' status, please contact us and we will review it with the shipping company. After signing the online affidavit that the item has not been received. HARMONIA will either replace the item or provide you with store credit for the same amount, depending on your preference, we can also pay a maximum of $200 per package. For orders above $200, please add Route during checkout to guarantee a refund if the package is lost, damaged or stolen.

As a third alternative you can always seek monetary compensation with the carrier and file a police report. Contact us within 30 days after the order if you have an issue with the delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide. DHL, UPS, and FedEx are available. You can pick the carrier during the check out.
How long does USA shipping take?
Standard: 5 to 7 business days. Express: 2 to 3 business days. For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery.
How long does INTERNATIONAL shipping take?
Standard: Up to 3 weeks. Priority: 6 to 10 days. Express: 3 to 5 days. Please note Customs can delay the delivery time. For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, the tracking number will be sent to your email as the package is posted. Here is the tracking page. You can also request the tracking number by sending an email to cs@harmoniany.com.
Once I have placed my order, how long does it take for it to be shipped?
Our processing time is 1 business day. Some of the shoes take an extra 5 days to process, please check the product description.
How do you ship packages?
We ship from the USA, through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Will my entire order ship together in one shipment?
Yes, the entire order will be shipped together. If one or more items are "Made to Order" we can arrange the shipment of the items that are ready to be shipped first, and send the Made to Order later as they get ready. The extra shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. Otherwise, we will wait for the entire order to be ready and ship altogether.
Do I need to pay any additional import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or local handling fees?
No. We now offer a DDP program where you prepay your duties at check out so there are no surprises.
Incorrect Delivery Address Liability
All products will be delivered to the address indicated on the “Checkout” page and so far as possible in compliance with any specific delivery instructions. In case of unsuccessful delivery after the product has been dispatched, resulting in loss of product, caused by wrong delivery address informed by the client, or any other issue the courier may have to find the address the client indicated when the product was purchased, Harmonia will assist in investigating the case, but won't guarantee the product will be found.  When the delivery address is not correctly informed according to the courier's standards and the same encounters issues to find it, Harmonia shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or loss of the products.
Is shipping free?
USA Shipping is free for orders above $100. The return label fee will be deducted from the store credit due.

Care Instructions
For optimal care and to maintain the integrity of the item, we advise exclusively hand washing. Additionally, to extend cleanliness between washes, we recommend the use of a dry cleaning spray, available for purchase on Amazon. Please avoid soaking or traditional dry cleaning, as exposure to high temperatures during such processes may cause the adhesive to dissolve. Should any components become detached, reattachment can be achieved either by utilizing a hot glue gun or by seeking the services of a local sewing repair shop for professional stitching.

Yes. All credit card transactions are processed via a reliable payment system by Shopify.

Dani Watanabe one of our founders is also the creative director for brand. Harmonia is a mix  of a conceptual curation of pieces that represent our vision and pieces designed by Dani Watanabe.
