We recommend hand washing only. Purchasing a dry clean spray on Amazon is also recommended in between. Don't soak or send for dry cleaning.

Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. All credit card transactions are processed via a reliable payment system by Shopify.
Do you design your own products ?

Where is my package?
Here is the tracking page. Once we ship out you receive a notification e-mail with the tracking number and carrier details. If you didn't receive an e-mail look in your spam box or reach out to us via chat or e-mail. cs@harmoniany.com
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide. DHL, UPS, and FedEx are available. You can pick the carrier during the check out.
How long does USA shipping take?
Standard: 5 to 7 business days. Express: 2 to 3 business days. For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery.
How long does INTERNATIONAL shipping take?
Standard: Up to 3 weeks. Priority: 6 to 10 days. Express: 3 to 5 days. Please note Customs can delay the delivery time. For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, the tracking number will be sent to your email as the package is posted. Here is the tracking page. You can also request the tracking number by sending an email to cs@harmoniany.com.
Once I have placed my order, how long does it take for it to be shipped?
Our processing time is 1 business day. Some of the shoes take an extra 5 days to process, please check the product description.
How do you ship packages?
We ship from the USA, through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Will my entire order ship together in one shipment?
Yes, the entire order will be shipped together. If one or more items are "Made to Order" we can arrange the shipment of the items that are ready to be shipped first, and send the Made to Order later as they get ready. The extra shipping cost shall be paid by the customer. Otherwise, we will wait for the entire order to be ready and ship altogether.
Do I need to pay any additional import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or local handling fees?
Depending on your country’s customs laws, you may be required to pay a tax before obtaining your package. In some areas, such as the United Kingdom, France, and Brazil, the local postal service may charge an extra handling fee for processing packages affected by customs taxes. Customs taxes and any possible handling fees are not included in the Grand Total of your order.
What is Buyer Protection?
A third-party insurance for loss, theft and damage that you can purchase during checkout. To submit a claim email 17support@seel.com. 

For Buyer Protection shoppers, when their package is lost or damaged, Seel will send them a refund in the form of a prepaid Visa gift card. 

The compensation for lost packages is the value paid for the purchased item(s). 
 The compensation for damaged items will be up to the value paid for the purchased item(s).

Notice for loss they will ask for a police report which usually can be done online.
