Do you accept returns?
Yes. Return within 15 days for a refund.

The return label fee is deducted from the credit issued or you can ship to us using your own label. 

A 10% restock fee applies.

US: Return labels are available under request here or by e-mailing, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount, the flat rate is $10. 

International: We don't provide a label for international returns. Please ship to:

Duties and shipping fees are not refundable

Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed and to receive the return confirmation email. The refund will show on your next bank statement. 

We reserve the right to deny a return, to qualify for a refund, the item must be in a resalable condition, which means it must be unused, unwashed, and free of any scent. If your refund is denied, you'll need to pay for a new return label so we can send the item back to you. However, if you don't pay the fee within 15 days, we'll consider the product abandoned.     

Sale and Sample Sale items are non refundable and can be returned for a gift card valid for 1 year.

What if an item arrives defective or damaged?
If you added Route Package Protection at checkout, please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues.

If you did not add Route during checkout and the item arrives defective or damaged, please send pictures to of the damaged area in detail as soon as it arrives and we can arrange a replacement for the same piece. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear/use and no smell of deodorant or perfume.
Where is my return label?
The label is sent by e-mail. Please check your spam box too. Return labels are only available for US customers. We accept returns for International customers but we don't provide labels.
International Returns
We accept international returns. We don't provide return shipping labels for international orders.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If you added Route Package Protection at checkout, please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues. 

If you did not add Route during checkout- While HARMONIA is not liable for packages once they are in the carrier's possession, we are dedicated to your satisfaction and will assist in every way we can. First, review delivery area and checking in with anyone who could have received the shipment. If you cannot locate your package after 72 hours from the 'delivered' status, please contact us and we will review it with the shipping company. After signing the online affidavit that the item has not been received. HARMONIA will either replace the item or provide you with store credit for the same amount, depending on your preference, we can also pay a maximum of $200 per package. For orders above $200, please add Route during checkout to guarantee a refund if the package is lost, damaged or stolen.

As a third alternative you can always seek monetary compensation with the carrier and file a police report. Contact us within 30 days after the order if you have an issue with the delivery.
