How long does USA shipping take?

Ships out within 1 business day +
Standard: 3 to 6 business days USA. 1 business day for NYC.
Express: 1 to 3 business days USA. For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery.

For orders above $200, please add Route Protection during checkout to guarantee a refund if the package is lost, damaged or stolen.
 

Is shipping free?

USA Shipping is free for orders above $100. A $10 return label fee will be deducted from the store credit due.

Do I need to pay any additional import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or local handling fees? 

No. We now offer a DDP program where you prepay your duties at check out so there are no surprises.

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes. We ship worldwide.

How long does INTERNATIONAL shipping take?

Around 3 to 5 days by DHL.  For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, the tracking number will be sent to your email as the package is posted. If you don't receive please check the spam box. You can also request the tracking number by sending an email to cs@harmoniany.com.

Once I have placed my order, how long does it take for it to be shipped?

Our processing time is 1 business day.  Unless stated that the item is a pre-sale item stated in the product description. Shoes take an extra 5 days to process.

Where is my package?
Once we ship out you receive a notification e-mail with the tracking number and carrier details. If you didn't receive an e-mail look in your spam box or reach out to us via chat or e-mail. cs@harmoniany.com
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders?
If you added Route Package Protection at checkout, please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with “in-transit” related issues. 
If you did not add Route during checkout- While HARMONIA is not liable for packages once they are in the carrier's possession, we are dedicated to your satisfaction and will assist in every way we can. First, review delivery area and checking in with anyone who could have received the shipment. If you cannot locate your package after 72 hours from the 'delivered' status, please contact us and we will review it with the shipping company. After signing the online affidavit that the item has not been received. HARMONIA will either replace the item or provide you with store credit for the same amount, depending on your preference, we can also pay a maximum of $200 per package. For orders above $200, please add Route during checkout to guarantee a refund if the package is lost, damaged or stolen.
As a third alternative you can always seek monetary compensation with the carrier and file a police report. Contact us within 30 days after the order if you have an issue with the delivery.
