Do you accept returns?
You're allowed to initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase.
All returns are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order.
We provide free USPS return labels under request.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be in a resalable condition, which means it must be unused, unwashed, and free of any scent. If the item doesn't meet these requirements, we reserve the right to reject your refund request. If this happens, and you still want the product, you'll need to pay for a new return label so we can send the item back to you. However, if you don't pay the fee within 15 days, we'll consider the product abandoned.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are available within 30 days of the purchase if the item is unused and unwashed. To start an exchange email email@example.com.
What if an item arrives defective or damaged?
If the item arrives defective or damaged, please send pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org of the damaged area in detail as soon as it arrives and we can arrange a replacement for the same piece. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear/use and no smell of deodorant or perfume.
You have 30 days to initiate the exchange. One free exchange within the USA per order. Standard Shipping only. A pre-paid exchange label is available under request, please e-mail email@example.com. If the item does not meet the unused and unwashed policy, the item will be shipped back to the customer. When we receive the item, store credit will be sent to the customer's email. The credit can be used to purchase the new items.
Where is my label?
The label is sent by e-mail. Please check your spam box too. Return labels are only available for US customers. We accept returns for International customers but we don't provide labels.
We accept international exchanges, free shipping labels are only available within the USA.
How long is the store credit valid for?
Store credit is valid for 2 years from the first order.

Yes. We ship worldwide.
How long does USA shipping take?
Standard: 3 to 6 business days. New York 1 business day plus 1 processing day. Express: 2 to 3 business days. For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery.
How long does INTERNATIONAL shipping take?
Standard: Up to 3 weeks. Priority: 6 to 10 days. Express: 3 to 5 days. Please note Customs can delay the delivery time. For remote places, please allow extra time to complete delivery.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, the tracking number will be sent to your email as the package is posted. If you don't receive please check the spam box. You can also request the tracking number by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do you ship packages?
We ship from the USA, through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Once I have placed my order, how long does it take for it to be shipped?
Our processing time is 1 business day. Unless stated that the item is a pre-sale item stated in the product description. Shoes take an extra 5 days to process.
Do I need to pay any additional import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or local handling fees?
Depending on your country’s customs laws, you may be required to pay a tax before obtaining your package. In some areas, such as the United Kingdom, France, and Brazil, the local postal service may charge an extra handling fee for processing packages affected by customs taxes. Customs taxes and any possible handling fees are not included in the Grand Total of your order.
